All applications will be assessed by the management and short-listed
candidates will be contacted for interviews.
The successful candidate will be recruited and will be requested to
sign a staff contract
All new employees have a probationary period of 3 months from
the date of employment.
After the probationary 3 months, the management will decide if
the employee is competent, in which case the contract will be renewed
or a full time position offered accordingly.

A number of staff benefits are provided by the hotel. These include:
- Staff training: Refresher courses are offered every 3 months
Overseas scholarships and short term training courses are offered
- Remuneration: In addition to the basic salary, allowances
such as food medical, laundry (for those employees wearing uniforms),
and ferry
allowances for staff living in Villingili are offered. In addition,
service charges from income sales are shared between all employees.
- Leave: In addition to annual leave for which all staff are entitled;
emergency, medical, and Hajj leave are also provided.
- A staff recreational
club – “The Club” was founded
by the management for the purpose of staff entertainment and motivation.

The Club” together with management support and organises a number
of activities such as picnics, staff nights, and football matches within
departments, as well as between other resorts and organisations.
In addition, an air conditioned prayer room and a canteen is run exclusively
for them.
